Hi I'm Anthony, I lead the creation of people-centric data solutions
About Me
I work as a Principal Data & AI Solution Engineer at Microsoft on the Global Black Belt team. I help customers get the most out of Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric. I care about delivering solutions that actually work, not just ones that sound impressive. Everything I share here reflects my own views, not those of Microsoft.
Before joining Microsoft, I worked as a Lead Consultant at BlueGranite (now part of 3Cloud), where I helped build their modern data practice. Earlier, I was the technical lead for Stryker's global data warehouse. In both jobs, I learned that technical skills matter most when you also understand real-world problems.
My Approach
I believe data should help people make better decisions. Too often, analytics projects lead to dashboards that no one actually uses. I aim to make advanced tools simple, ethical, and truly useful.
Having ADHD shapes how I design tools and work with teams. I support processes that include different ways of thinking, and I talk openly about neurodiversity in tech. I’ve seen too much talent overlooked when everything is built for only one way of working.
Outside of Work
I live in the Greater Cincinnati area with my wife and our two kids.
I speak at conferences, consult, and mentor when I can. I’m also working on ADHDBytes.com, a project with short articles about technology and ADHD in the tech world.
In my free time, I enjoy photography, skiing, and tinkering with my smart home. I also referee youth soccer, which has taught me to stay calm under pressure. Traveling with my family helps us recharge.
